Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Solar Snooper, being a set from the early 90s, holds reasonable investment potential due to its age and the popularity of the Space Police II theme. Complete sets in good condition can fetch a premium on the secondary market. However, its relatively small piece count compared to modern sets might limit its long-term appreciation. The inclusion of the Blacktron II minifigure adds to its collectibility. Investment risk is moderate, depending on storage conditions and market demand.

Compared to other Space Police II sets like the Galactic Mediator (6984-1), the Solar Snooper offers a more compact and focused design. While the Galactic Mediator is larger and features more minifigures, the Solar Snooper's unique radar dish and overall aesthetic make it a desirable alternative. If you prefer a smaller, more specialized vehicle, the Solar Snooper is a great choice.
