⏳ Current release

This set, given its low piece count and price point, is unlikely to become a significant investment. Its value lies more in its collectibility as a unique, small City set. The rising price trend could indicate growing interest, but returns are likely to be modest. The hotdog vendor minifigure adds a bit of appeal, but it's not exclusive enough to drive major value. Consider it a long-term hold with limited appreciation potential.
