Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Town Folks set offers moderate investment potential due to its age, complete minifigure collection, and the enduring popularity of the LEGO Town theme. The set's small size might limit significant appreciation, but its vintage status and the potential for parts harvesting could make it a worthwhile addition to a collection. However, condition and completeness are critical factors in determining its value.
