The XT4 set, while not the most iconic Hero Factory set, benefits from being a relatively rare villain figure from a discontinued theme. Its small piece count and original MSRP make it an accessible entry point for collectors. The rising price trend suggests growing interest, but its investment potential is limited by the theme's overall popularity compared to LEGO's flagship lines. However, complete sets in good condition should see gradual appreciation over time.

Compared to other Hero Factory sets, XT4 is a smaller, more basic figure. Larger sets like the Hero Factory villains provide a more complex building experience and larger display piece. However, XT4's lower price point and smaller size make it a good option for younger builders or those looking for a quick and easy build.
