Before you buy
The LEGO Dark Forest 6046 Hemlock Stronghold receives mixed reception from the LEGO YouTube community. While one reviewer considers it the "worst" set in the Dark Forest subtheme, others appreciate the broader Dark Forest line, with some focusing on other sets within the theme.
Brian's Bricks, while reviewing Hemlock Stronghold, explicitly calls it the "worst" set in the Dark Forest line. Other channels like DuckBricks express strong positive feelings towards other castle sets like the Forestmen Stronghold.
Inventory Statistics
LEGO counts 216 pieces. This inventory comes from a separate parts catalog and lists 220, including the 26 parts inside the minifigures; the two do not always count the same elements, so their totals differ. Spare parts are counted in neither figure.
