⏳ Current release

This set is a smaller, readily available LEGO City set, making it unlikely to see significant appreciation. Its low price point and high availability will limit its potential as an investment. While it may retain some value due to the LEGO brand, it's not a set to buy with the expectation of high returns. Theme popularity is high but the set is small and easily obtainable.

Many appreciate that LEGO now includes piece counts on the box, a change attributed to USA requirements. Some wish piece counts were always printed on every box, as it helps them gauge the set's content.

Its a USA requirement. But perhaps logistics put some of those sets elsewhere in the world.

TIL the piece count was due to legal requirements. I always wondered why the online pics for set boxes never had piece counts when all the boxes in stores did.
