Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Skate Park, being a retired LEGO City set, presents a moderate investment opportunity. Its appeal lies in its relatability and playability, making it attractive to both kids and adult collectors. The rising price trend suggests growing demand. However, as a City set, its investment potential might not be as high as licensed themes or limited editions. Still, its relatively small piece count and complete set status could make it a worthwhile addition to a LEGO investment portfolio, especially if acquired at or near MSRP.
