The 5982 Smash 'n' Grab set from the Space Police III line has demonstrated significant appreciation since its retirement. Its relatively low piece count, coupled with the theme's cult following, makes it an attractive investment. The unique design and play features enhance its desirability among collectors. While the current price is already elevated, the limited availability and rising trend suggest further potential for value appreciation. However, potential investors should be mindful of market fluctuations and the overall condition of the set.
