Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The House Building Set, while charming, presents a limited investment opportunity. Its low piece count and mass-market availability mean it's unlikely to see significant appreciation. However, its complete-in-box condition could hold some value for collectors seeking nostalgia. The Bricks & More theme isn't particularly sought after, so expect modest gains at best.
