⏳ Retired

The Family House (5639-1) presents a unique investment opportunity within the Duplo theme. As a retired set from 2009, its rarity has steadily increased, driving up its value on the secondary market. The set's appeal lies in its classic design and play-friendly features, making it attractive to both collectors and parents seeking vintage Duplo toys. While the initial MSRP was relatively low, the current price reflects its scarcity and demand. However, potential investors should be aware of the higher price point, the condition of the set and packaging, and the potential for market fluctuations.
