⏳ Retired

The XXL Box 5512-1, while not a licensed set or a limited edition, holds some investment potential due to its large piece count and the timeless appeal of basic LEGO bricks. As a retired set, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find new, sealed copies. The value is tied to the completeness and condition, making it a somewhat speculative investment. However, the sheer volume of useful bricks could make it attractive to MOC builders and collectors seeking bulk parts, potentially driving up its value over time. Keep in mind that its value won't skyrocket like limited edition sets, but it may see a steady appreciation.
