📝 Our Take

Star Wars: Awesome Vehicles is a fun, reading-focused bundle that offers a quick hit of galaxy-spanning entertainment. Released in 2022 under DK's non-fiction book line, this set packages an engaging hardcover guide to the galaxy's best starships with a tiny 5-piece build containing a Poe Dameron minifigure.

This set is perfect for young Star Wars fans and casual collectors who appreciate illustrated lore alongside their bricks. The primary draw is the book itself, making it an excellent bedtime read or display piece for a bookish LEGO fan's shelf.

Skip this if you are looking for an actual building experience or exclusive, high-value parts. With only five pieces making up a single minifigure and accessory, you'd be much better off buying a standard Microfighter or Battle Pack.

Not enough price history for a trend

C-

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

DK books containing LEGO minifigures generally hold a very flat value curve. Because the Poe Dameron minifigure included here is not fully exclusive to this book—having appeared in other retail Star Wars sets—the secondary market demand remains relatively low. Additionally, the bulk and weight of hardcover books make them expensive to ship for reseller platforms, which eats into potential profit margins. While it may see minor appreciation among completionist collectors looking for sealed book bundles, it is highly unlikely to outperform traditional LEGO building sets.

Compared to standard LEGO Star Wars sets, this product is primarily a book with a promotional minifigure rather than a traditional building toy. If you want a real building experience at a low price point, a Star Wars Microfighter like Boba Fett's Starship offers far more pieces and play value. However, for fans who enjoy DK's high-quality Star Wars lore and illustrations, this bundle offers a great educational and reading value that standard sets cannot match.

Poe Dameron, Open Medium Nougat Jacket

4 parts

The Poe Dameron minifigure features his open medium nougat jacket look. While highly detailed with dual-molded legs and a double-sided face print, this variant is not exclusive to this book, which limits its individual value.
