Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The LEGO Harbor set 4645-1 is a retired set from the LEGO City theme, released in 2011. Its investment potential lies in its age, reasonable piece count, and the enduring popularity of the LEGO City theme. While not a highly sought-after set, its complete condition and original box can increase its value over time. However, the relatively high MSRP and the availability of newer harbor-themed sets might limit its appreciation. Investment in this set carries some risk, but it could offer moderate returns for patient collectors.
