📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

Cruella De Vil's Car is a wickedly stylish LEGO set! This model perfectly captures the essence of the iconic villain's vehicle from Disney's 101 Dalmatians, offering a fun and engaging building experience for fans of all ages.

This set is perfect for Disney enthusiasts and car collectors. The build provides a moderate challenge, and the finished model looks fantastic on display, bringing a touch of villainous charm to any collection.

Skip this if you're looking for a complex or highly detailed car model. While stylish, it's a smaller-scale build. Consider the Speed Champions series for more intricate car designs.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retiring soon

Cruella De Vil's Car has decent investment potential, primarily driven by the enduring popularity of Disney villains and the 101 Dalmatians franchise. The set's moderate piece count and accessible price point make it attractive to a wider audience. However, its investment grade is not exceptionally high due to the availability of other Disney-themed sets. The presence of a single minifigure, while exclusive to the set, may not be enough to significantly boost its value. As a licensed set, its value will likely increase upon retirement, but it's unlikely to reach the heights of limited-edition or larger-scale sets. A steady increase in value can be expected, making it a reasonable investment for Disney collectors.

This set offers a unique villain-themed vehicle compared to other Disney sets that often focus on heroes and princesses. While sets like the LEGO Disney Castle (43225-1) offer grand structures, Cruella's Car provides a smaller, more focused build with a distinct character. It competes with other vehicle-based sets in the same price range, but its Disney license and villainous appeal set it apart.
