⏳ Retiring soon

The Beach House with Seals presents a modest investment opportunity, primarily driven by the LEGO Friends theme's consistent popularity and appeal to a younger demographic. Its piece count and price point are reasonable, which could lead to steady appreciation, particularly if the set is retired and becomes sought after by collectors of the Friends series. However, its broader investment potential is somewhat limited due to its availability and focus on play rather than display.
