📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

Mars Exploration Minifigure Pack is a stellar addition to any sci-fi or space fan's collection. Bringing together four fully equipped space personnel and a neat portable lab desk setup, it packs fantastic world-building potential into a tiny 44-piece blister pack.

This set is perfect for army builders and young space enthusiasts looking to expand their galactic crew. With exclusive white-and-green suited astronauts and striking green geodes, it offers immediate play value and quick, satisfying gratification without a lengthy time commitment.

Skip this if you are looking for a substantial building challenge or large vehicle set. At only 44 pieces, it is strictly a character and accessory pack, so you might want to look at larger Mars sets like the 60226 Mars Research Shuttle instead.

Not enough price history for a trend

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

As a retired 2019 accessory pack with exclusive minifigures and rare green geodes, 40345-1 holds solid long-term potential for space theme collectors. Minifigure packs historically perform well on the secondary market because army builders and completionists are always hunting for extra crew members and exclusive suit prints. However, because it currently lacks robust market price history, investors should proceed with caution and monitor platform trends before expecting rapid appreciation.
