The Championship Challenge II - FC Bayern Promo Edition is a highly sought-after set due to its limited availability and association with a major soccer club. Its rarity and the rising popularity of LEGO collecting contribute to its significant appreciation in value. While the current price is high, its unique appeal and limited production make it a potentially strong long-term investment. However, potential buyers should be aware of the high initial cost and the risk of market fluctuations.
