The Transport Truck, being a vintage set from 1967, holds strong investment potential due to its rarity and historical significance. Complete sets in good condition are highly sought after by collectors. While the piece count is relatively low, the set's age and nostalgic appeal contribute to its value. However, condition is critical; any damage or missing parts will significantly impact its worth. Investing in a set with its original box and instructions is highly recommended to maximize potential returns.

Compared to modern LEGO City trucks, the 335-2 Transport Truck is much simpler in design and piece count. Modern sets like 60321-1 offer more detailed builds and play features, but lack the historical charm of the vintage set. Collectors interested in LEGO history may prefer this set over newer alternatives.
