Percy Pig and his Barrow presents a unique investment opportunity due to its age, rarity, and the enduring appeal of the Fabuland theme. While the piece count is low, its status as a vintage set contributes to its increasing value. The rising price trend suggests growing collector interest. However, potential investors should be mindful of the set's small size and the niche nature of the Fabuland theme, which may limit its broader appeal compared to more mainstream LEGO themes.
