Before you buy
LEGO Ninjago Sons of Garmadon sets are generally reviewed neutrally, with channels like Bricks By Mind providing standard set reviews. While opinions are mixed, there isn't a strong consensus of positive or negative feedback across the available reviews.
Bricks By Mind offers reviews of multiple sets including the Temple of Resurrection (70643), Ninja Nightcrawler (70641), and Street Race of Snake Jaguar (70639), focusing on set details and minifigure selection. Weevie's review of the minifigures suggests they are considered to be of high quality, potentially the strongest aspect of the Sons of Garmadon series.
Inventory Statistics
LEGO counts 33 pieces. This inventory comes from a separate parts catalog and lists 38, including the 5 parts inside the minifigures; the two do not always count the same elements, so their totals differ. Spare parts are counted in neither figure.
