📝 Our Take

The Mini Batwing is a charming little set that packs a surprising amount of detail into a small package. As a polybag from The LEGO Batman Movie theme, it captures the sleek and menacing look of the Batwing with just 80 pieces, making it a fun and quick build for LEGO fans of all ages.

This set is perfect for LEGO Batman Movie fans, polybag collectors, and those looking for a small and affordable LEGO project. It's a great entry point into the world of LEGO building, or a nice little addition to an existing collection. Its small size also makes it easy to display on a desk or shelf.

Skip this if you're looking for a more challenging or complex building experience. This is a very simple build, and those seeking a longer, more involved project should consider larger LEGO Batman Movie sets like the Batmobile (70905-1) or the Batwing (70916-1).

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Mini Batwing (30524-1) presents a modest investment opportunity, primarily driven by its status as a retired polybag from a popular LEGO theme, The LEGO Batman Movie. Its low piece count and initial low price point make it accessible to a wide range of collectors. While it's unlikely to generate substantial returns, its affordability and collectibility within the Batman theme could lead to gradual appreciation, especially if kept sealed. However, the relatively high availability of polybags compared to larger, exclusive sets tempers its investment potential. Its value will likely remain tied to the overall demand for LEGO Batman Movie memorabilia.

The Mini Batwing is a small, inexpensive polybag, making it a great impulse buy or stocking stuffer. Compared to larger LEGO Batman Movie sets like the Batmobile (70905-1) or the Batwing (70916-1), it offers a much simpler building experience and a smaller display footprint. It's also more affordable than other Batman-themed sets, making it a good option for those on a budget. Collectors might prefer this set for its collectibility as a promotional polybag.

This set offers a selection of useful black slopes and plates, making it a decent source of basic parts for MOC builders, especially for those working on small-scale projects. The trans-yellow round plates add a touch of color and could be useful for creating lights or details.
