The Bathroom set, being a vintage Duplo set from 1986, has the potential to appreciate in value, especially if it is in good condition with its original packaging. The set's rarity and nostalgic appeal to collectors of vintage LEGO could drive demand. However, its small size and relatively low piece count may limit its investment potential compared to larger, more complex sets. Keeping an eye on the condition of the set and its packaging is crucial for maximizing its value over time.
