The 1:87 Karmann Ghia with Garage set presents a unique investment opportunity due to its age, rarity, and the rising interest in vintage LEGO sets. Its low piece count and original price point contrast sharply with its current value, highlighting its appreciation over time. However, the high price and niche appeal mean it is a more speculative investment. Potential investors should consider the set's condition and completeness, as these factors significantly impact its value. The upward price trend suggests continued appreciation, but careful monitoring of market trends is essential.
