The Fire Engine is a charming vintage Duplo set. Released in 1982, it captures the essence of classic LEGO simplicity with just four large, colorful pieces.

This set is perfect for young children and Duplo collectors. Its large, easy-to-handle pieces make it ideal for toddlers developing their fine motor skills, and it's a nostalgic treat for older LEGO enthusiasts.

⏳ Retired

The 2635-1 Fire Engine set, while simple, holds some investment potential due to its age and the enduring appeal of LEGO's Town theme, especially within the Duplo line. Its low piece count means it won't command high prices, but complete sets in excellent condition could see a modest return. The rarity of the Blue Duplo 2 x 2 x 2 Figure Brick Early, Helmet Red, Smile Print adds to the set's collectibility. However, the set's simplicity and target audience mean it's more of a niche collectible than a mainstream investment.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to modern Duplo fire trucks, the 2635-1 Fire Engine is incredibly simple. However, its vintage charm and robust construction make it appealing to collectors and parents seeking classic toys. Modern sets like 10901-1 Fire Truck offer more features and complexity, but this set provides a pure, unadulterated Duplo experience.
