⏳ Retired

The LEGO Architecture series has proven to be a solid investment, with many sets appreciating significantly after retirement. Big Ben, with its iconic status and manageable piece count, has already seen a substantial increase in value since its retirement. The set's appeal to both LEGO collectors and fans of London's landmarks contributes to its investment potential. While market fluctuations can occur, its relatively low original MSRP and increasing demand suggest a positive long-term outlook. However, condition is key, so keep the set sealed to maximize return.

Compared to other Architecture sets like the Eiffel Tower (21019-1) or the Empire State Building (21046-1), Big Ben offers a more manageable build and a smaller footprint, making it ideal for collectors with limited display space. Its tan color scheme also provides a warmer, more classic aesthetic than some of the gray-dominated cityscapes. While larger sets offer more detail, Big Ben strikes a good balance between complexity and display appeal.
