Before you buy
Overall sentiment towards promotional LEGO sets like the Promo Basic Set (1910-1) is mixed, leaning neutral, with a score of 3.2/5. While some appreciate the gift-with-purchase aspect, as seen in the "Penguins in Love" review, the general tone across various promo set reviews is observational rather than enthusiastic.
Ashnflash's reviews of the LEGO Creator Coffee Cart and Avengers Tower Promo highlight the value proposition of these sets as incentives for larger purchases. Building Together's review of "Penguins in Love" suggests bargain GWP are well received.
