The LEGO Santa's Sleigh (40499) receives mixed reviews, with many reviewers finding the set enjoyable but the price somewhat questionable. While the set is generally well-received, the 'weird price' is a common point of discussion, with one reviewer specifically calling it out in their title.
just2good highlights the set as a 'pimped out' Santa's Sleigh, while Bricks By Mind focuses on the overall appeal despite the price. Tiago Catarino's review provides a detailed look at the reindeer backstory and sleigh design, but also points out the 'weird travelling course'.
