The Large House Set (15-2) offers moderate investment potential due to its age and relative rarity. As a vintage set from the Minitalia line, it appeals to collectors interested in LEGO's history. While not as iconic as some other vintage sets, its complete-in-box condition can significantly increase its value. However, the lack of complex or unique elements may limit its appreciation compared to more sought-after sets. Investors should consider the set's condition and completeness before making a purchase.
