⏳ Retired

The Town Hall set from the Fabuland theme presents a unique investment opportunity due to its age and the nostalgia associated with the Fabuland line. Its relatively low piece count might deter some investors, but the set's rarity and the rising price trend suggest a growing demand among collectors. The inclusion of the Bertie Bulldog minifigure adds to its value. However, condition is critical for vintage sets, and prices can vary significantly based on box condition and completeness. Potential investors should carefully assess the set's condition and compare prices across different marketplaces.
