LEGO DUPLO Town Construction Site (10990) is an absolute powerhouse for early childhood development. Packing 61 chunky pieces and three working vehicles, this set introduces toddlers to basic mechanics, teamwork, and spatial awareness through intuitive, hands-on play.

This set is perfect for toddlers aged 2 and up who are obsessed with big trucks and building things. The oversized bricks are easy for tiny hands to grasp, while the functional crane, bulldozer, and cement mixer offer endless interactive role-play possibilities that grow with your child.

⏳ Retired

As a retired DUPLO set, Construction Site (10990) sits in a unique category where investment potential is driven primarily by parents seeking durable, high-play-value toys for toddlers rather than adult collectors flipping sealed boxes. DUPLO sets generally hold their value well because the plastic is virtually indestructible, making complete pre-owned sets attractive to second-hand buyers. While it won't see the explosive secondary market spikes of a retired UCS Star Wars set or modular building, sets featuring recognizable themes like construction and multiple working vehicles always maintain steady demand.

Compared to smaller DUPLO vehicle packs, the 10990 Construction Site offers much higher play value by including three distinct vehicles and a collaborative work system (crane, chute, and cement mixer). It stands as one of the most feature-complete construction sets in the modern DUPLO Town lineup, rivaling larger amusement park or farm sets in terms of interactive storytelling elements.
