Xmen Mansion or Arkham Asylum?

I love both of the builds but I feel like xmen mansion could grow given it has good minifigs like bishop, iceman and Jean gray even with most of them being repeats or repeated parts like Proffesor X, however I feel like gambit will be in Doomsday sets as he will be in the upcoming movie. However the live action xmen movies that are rumored to be out in 2028 could spark up a lot more hype for the xmen when this set is long gone retired.
