Wrinkled stickers and a missing piece. Unfortunately Lego decided to flag my account for fraud, so there's nothing I can do about it.

Last time I had a missing sticker sheet Lego flagged me for potentiall fraud after I reported it. Their new system doesn’t just flag your account, it also flags your physical address, IP address, and CC number. As a result all online orders and customer service interactions fail their verification checks and are canceled. When I got through to a person they told me the decision was final.
