Workday Rejection after in person interview that went extremely well

I interviewed for a PT seasonal position last week. The interview went really well. The first part of the interview was held in the back of the stockroom with an assistant manager. They were fantastic. They asked questions about my availability (fully flexible, open availability on weekends and no restrictions preventing me from any schedule) we discussed pay.
