With LOTR getting iconic buildings, how about an official UCS/MBS modular set of Theed Palace with the waterfall? The interior being important locations like the hangar, the reactor area and platforms, the energy gates and pit, and more, staging the final fight of The Phantom Menace.

With removable roofs for play, the interior could house important scenes. The height of the set with the cliff and waterfall would allow for the tall reactor area with the platforms and walkways. The other side would have the entrance and hangar with small N1 starfighters docked. The side of the palace would have the exterior hallway that Anakin and Padme walk through in AOTC, overlooking the courtyard.
