Why THE HELL did they used green for Jay's powers?

There was a moment where Lego designers woke up one day and said "fuck it, green Jay", and started using lime green parts to represent Jay's powers when he has NOTHING green at all... like, why? why not just use trans blue or trans light blue? specially when its so innaccurate to the original series and it looks kinda ugly... I would understand a bit more if they used yellow, I'm not a fan of yellow on Jay at all but it would've been so much better than green... Am I the only one pissed off...
