Why does Zane see the future and where did that power go

Zane was originally introduced as a seer. How does that work? It's not a part of his nindroid status and it's not part of his elemental powers so why can he see the future. And to add on to that why did those powers go away submitted by /u/Kage_no_o_ [link] [comments]
