Why does Lego use strange pieces/colors inside sets?

Why does Lego use some strange pieces and unexpected colors for its sets? I'm building the new Ferrari SF90XX (but I noticed this in many other builds), and there are this pieces colored by green, yellow, blue and pink. Plus, they use these golden flower studs. The question is: why? Why use pink or blue instead of black, white, gray, idk colors for the internal pieces?
