Who should I create

I think it'd be fun do do a Lego pick a brick order and try and create some more villains for my Lego comic/insomniac spiderman display (and small daredevil section) Here is the list so far of characters I want to add though I don't know how to for sure how to make most of them •Electro -no clue yet but I wanna do either a comic or insomniac one •Scorpion -(I will make a tail like the bugle doc ockl) •Kingpin -not sure I may do brick built big fig •vulture -not sure but should be easy •hydro...
