Which would be more iconic for a birthday gift?

Hi! I was wondering which figure or set would be more iconic to a Star Wars fan as a birthday gift? Im getting it for my boyfriend and I’m not a Star Wars fan, but I have seen a majority of the movies. He always tells me he’ll be happy with whatever and to surprise him, but I want to get it right.
