Which Ninja Has the Best Rogues Gallery (Based on My Opinion)?

DISCLAIMER: This post is only focusing on the original era of Ninjago and not Dragons Rising. This is also based on my opinion of who is in each ninjas rogues gallery. I only included MAJOR villains and not side villains (Ex: General Kozu, General Cryptor, Skales, Clouse, etc). And yes, just like comic book characters, some of the ninja share the same rogues as each other.
