What should I put here?

Getting the Daily Bugle modular in the mail tomorrow and have been working on my city all day tryna fix it up. Idk what to fill this area with though, and it's kinda an eyesore tbh. I have construction areas on the next 32x32 so I don't wanna do that but I was thinking about ripping up the road and modifying set 76192 to fit there instead.
