What’s this Darth Maul figure from?

Hey y’all. I’ve had this figure in my collection since I was a kid, but I never thought to find out what it’s from until now. Is this Darth Maul figure actually LEGO branded? I’ve looked at the various Darth Maul mini figures released by LEGO, but never found one with the stud on top of the hood. Only the arms and hands are able to move, as the head/hood and the legs seem to be glued to the torso. The more I look at it the more it looks like a fake, knockoff fig, but I was just curious if...
