What Kai model is this figure?

My friend gave me this Kai figure as a gift. He said he found it secondhand at one of those online used goods stores. I checked if it was original, and it was. Then I tried to find out which model it was, but I couldn't find any Kai with that combination of clothes and accessories. It looks like the ZX, but some small details suggest it's not.
