What is the reason for this?

I think we can all agree that the Dragons Rising main characters are Lloyd, Kai, Nya and the new ninja. They're getting the most screentime and plot relevance. Cole and Zane are unfortunately basically side characters now and Jay is a special case because he turned evil. However, when it comes to the sets, this feels completely different.
