What if Arin is Part Oni or related to Lloyd in some way or another?

Lloyd has a cousin (on his mom’s side) who’s obsessed with him not saying it’s Arin but could be related. Also Arin has horns on his costume, I think the canon reason is he thinks it looks cool, but what if there’s a deeper meaning behind it. He also learned spinjitzu by himself. And the village people thought Arin was an Oni or something when they saw him in season 3 I believe (I’d have to rewatch it).
