What I consider the "holy grail" CIS sets

From builds, to figures, to collecting in general, what do you think are the best CIS sets we've ever seen? 2007 MTT is an obvious one. 21 droids, a massive build, and a frankly amazing overall setup. then the 2009 AAT is just amazing to me. It's big, can let minifigs stand on it, I really like the little cart the driver gets, and the rare rocket arm B2s are perfect The Malevolence should be seen as one of the best CIS sets of all time, I feel. great build, playable and displayable, and...
