What else can I build with Mona Lisa?

A friend of ours has a Lego Mona Lisa that his stepdaughter no longer wants. I’ve declined it a couple times,although I did get a botanical!! They really don’t know what to do with it,so I said sure I’ll do something with it knowing the stuff I’ve seen here and other places. However, since then I’ve done several searches and I’m not seeing anything of interest. Yes, I’m over the moon about new Lego, but I’ve seen the real one (I know First World problems) and it was such a disappointment...
