What are these?

I remember briefly hearing something about these 15th anniversary coins but didn’t think much of it. Fast forward I now got 2 today in Legoland Shanghai in China. Any idea how these are obtained? I’m guessing these are given out for a purchase of a legacy set but I was given 2. Unfortunately got unlucky and pulled Zane twice. I also bought the anniversary display a few days ago at a regular lego store in Shanghai so now I’m wondering is this a Legoland exclusive? Wanna know if theres any hope...
