Viking boat help

I have recently acquired two Viking boat hulls and I think they are needing a good SOMETHING on the front of the boat and overall a bit more detail and decoration on board ,I.e. dragon head or something that looks good and I haven't been able to come up with anything that looks decent. Does anyone have any ideas or instructions that can help me? I've been thinking about making one of them a boat for someone of great importance and the other one more of a support/warrior vessel.
