The hair is from Zane from Ninjago, the head and hands are from the official Tombstone minifigure, the torso is from a Draco Malfoy minifigure from Harry Potter, the arms are from a Severus Snape minifigure from Harry Potter, and the legs are from a James Bond minifigure.
